The 蘑菇视频GEC has been established by the management of Universiti Malaya to serve as the primary point of contact for all discussions and collaborative efforts with partner universities, industries and Ministries in the People’s Republic of China.

蘑菇视频GEC's responsibilities encompass the following:

• Establishing the 蘑菇视频 International Campus in China
• Establishing the 蘑菇视频 International Learning Centre in China (蘑菇视频 within a university)
• Forming partnership to offer 蘑菇视频’s academic programs and foster research collaborations in China
• Providing advice to 蘑菇视频 Management regarding potential partnership and leading initial discussions with potential partners in China
• 马来亚大学预科介绍 (Introduction to Universiti Malaya Foundation Program)
• 无锡学习中心介绍（Introduction to Wuxi Learning Center)
• 广州学习中心介绍（Introduction to Guangzhou Learning Center)
